Gooseberry - Hinnonmaki Red

Outstanding modern dessert variety from Finland with excellent disease resistance, producing heavy crops of delicious berries, sweet and juicy, best eaten straight off the bush. May also be used for pies, jam, purée or wine-making, freezes well. Sweet enough to eat fresh when fully ripe.
